Presentation: CRAGS AGM, Potluck Dinner & Member Slideshow
Location: Lakeview Community Association Hall, 6110-34th Street, SW. Parking is free. Please bring your own dishes, cutlery, & serving utensils for the potluck dinner.
Daniel will put together a slide presentation of submitted photos from your gardens. Please send him 3 or 4 pictures you took this summer of your garden (dwalker84[at]gmail[dot]com) by November 22.
Watch for an email from CRAGS’ Lora Fong outlining details of the Potluck. We need to gauge attendance for both the potluck and to ensure we have a quorum for the AGM.
Volunteers Needed!
Please consider volunteering for Program Coordinator. The Program Coordinator books speakers for monthly meetings. This two year board position could be shared. Contact Patti O’Keefe (pattiok[at]telus[dot}net) or Daniel Walker (dwalker84[at]gmail[dot]com) for more information. If the position is not filled there will be no speakers at our monthly meetings.
A volunteer is needed to help Ian at our monthly meetings set up the projector and ensure the meeting runs smoothly. Having two individuals in this position helps if someone has to be away, or to troubleshoot technical problems during the meetings. This is not a board position.
